Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

United States: 8 to 15 business days after shipping.

Canada: 10 to 18 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships. Customs processing, weather, carrier delays and peak seasons (late November to December, and Lunar New Year in late January to mid February) can add time. Order by December 5 for delivery before December 25.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over 49 USD ship free within the United States and Canada.

Duties and import taxes

All duties and import taxes for US orders are included in your price. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery. For Canada, any applicable GST/HST is shown at checkout where possible; if a carrier requests a fee at delivery, email us with the receipt and we will refund it.

Multiple parcels

We work with several fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take 2 to 5 business days for tracking to start updating. If tracking has not moved in 7 days, email us and we will check with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before the parcel ships. We cannot redirect parcels once they have left the warehouse.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
