Track Your Order

1. Find your shipping email

When your parcel ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email used at checkout. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find the email. Orders may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

2. Follow your tracking link

Open the link in your shipping confirmation. Tracking can take 2-5 business days to start updating. If it has not moved in 7 days, email support@snoutie.com with your order number.

3. Check the delivery estimate

After shipping, estimated delivery is 8-15 business days to the United States and 10-18 business days to Canada. Customs, weather and carrier delays can add time. See our Shipping Policy for delivery charges and country-specific duties, taxes and fees.

Lost package?

In the rare case a package is lost in transit and doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, we'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
