Track Your Order

Your order was shipped to you with a tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout. Here's how to check on it:

1. Check your email

Look for a "Your order is on its way" email with a tracking link. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it within 2-3 business days of ordering.

2. Track your package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number directly at 17TRACK, which supports all our shipping carriers.

3. Typical delivery times

United States: 8-15 business days from when your order ships
Canada: 10-18 business days from when your order ships

All duties and import taxes are already included in your order total, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Order not moving, or it's been longer than expected?

Tracking can sometimes take 2-5 days to update after your order ships while it clears customs. If it's been longer than the windows above with no movement, message us through the chat bubble or our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Lost package?

In the rare case a package is lost in transit and doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, we'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
